  • Payment information when you purchase a session, package, or program (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card details ourselves)
  • Testimonials or feedback you choose to share with us
  • Any information you share during consultations, sessions, or email support

  • Standard technical and usage data when you visit the Site (such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs), collected via Kajabi's built-in analytics and cookies
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

c) Information from third parties

  • Booking and calendar data 
  • Payment confirmation data from our payment processor
  • Information from social media platforms if you interact with us there

3. Sensitive and Health Information

Because our Services involve, we may collect sensitive information, including health information and information about your personal circumstances shared during sessions.

We only collect this sensitive information with your consent (typically given when you complete an intake form or attend a consultation), and only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide safe, appropriate, and personalised Services to you. We do not use this information for any purpose beyond delivering your session, program, or related support, unless you separately agree (for example, using an anonymised testimonial).

  • Schedule, prepare for, and deliver sessions and programs

  • A new owner, in the event the business is sold or transferred, subject to this policy (or a substantially similar one) continuing to apply

We do not share your health or intake information with any third party for their own marketing or unrelated purposes.

6. Overseas Disclosure

Kajabi and are US-based companies, meaning some personal information (including booking and website data) may be stored or processed on servers located in the United States or other countries. By using the Site and booking services, you consent to this overseas storage and processing. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle information securely and in a manner consistent with PIPEDA.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The Site, via Kajabi, uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, and gather basic analytics about how visitors use the Site. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not function properly if you do so.
