Last updated: August 27, 2026
At Inner Somatics, we want you to feel clear and confident about what you're purchasing. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. By completing a purchase on innersomatics.com, you agree to the terms below.
Courses and programs
If a course or program isn't the right fit, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No explanation required. After 14 days, purchases are final.
Memberships and subscriptions
You can cancel a membership at any time from your account, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until that date. We don't issue partial refunds for unused time or refunds for past billing periods, so please cancel before your renewal date if you don't wish to be charged again.
Live sessions
Sessions can be rescheduled at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed entirely, are forfeited. If we ever cancel a session, you'll be offered a replacement time or a full refund for that session.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the name and email address you used at checkout, the product name, and your purchase date. We'll respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After a refund
Access to the product, community, and any bonuses ends immediately, and any downloaded materials should be deleted.
Before you dispute a charge
Please email us before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. In almost every case we can sort it out faster than a dispute can.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The terms in effect on your purchase date are the ones that apply to your purchase.
